A leading UK lighting specialist has gone above and beyond to help the local community.
As the pandemic continued, 2021 brought another year of difficulties and uncertainties for much of the UK. Despite many hardships, many businesses and communities came together to support one another, while also providing essential support to those in need.
Acclaimed lighting and electrical provider Ventola Projects is a stellar example of going above and beyond to support individuals who faced tremendous challenges throughout the COVID 19 lockdowns.
Spearheaded by Founder and Managing Director Mick Ventola, Ventola Projects partnered with a wide range of charities to support local causes, while also working with groups and organisations to weather the impacts of the pandemic.
Ventola Projects performed a wide range of activities to raise money and directly support people in need.
Mick and other accompanying members of the Ventola team dedicated hours of their own personal time to support the elderly during difficult periods of lockdown, such as when they were being forced to isolate and were unable to get out and about.
Providing help with odd jobs around the house and regular wellness check-ups, the team were able to secure a more positive sense of wellbeing for vulnerable communities in a time when they needed it the most.
Additionally, charitable work spread far and wide through the local community, with Mick also dedicating time to support the younger generations.
This included personally volunteering to chair at a local Air Cadet squadron, while also funding a local dancing and cheerleading association.
In past events, Mick has donated healthy food packs to ensure all the children attending these fantastic events also have free access to healthy and nutritious food for the duration of the event.
Commenting on the role Ventola Projects has tremendously played to support those in need, Mick said:
