We are pleased to announce three new mentorship places for emerging professionals through the Production Managers Forum Mentorship Scheme.
Following the success of previous years, this programme gives early-career talent across theatre, live events and the experience industry access to practical guidance from experienced production managers.
One-To-One Industry Guidance
Each mentorship place includes three one-to-one meetings with a member of our Production Management team.
One session will take place either at our office and in-house workshop space or on-site at one of our current projects, giving mentees a direct view of how production management operates in practice.
The scheme is designed for people looking for advice on career development, potential pathways, project challenges or next steps within the sector.
Supporting Skills Across Live Experiences
At The Production Family, we work across live events, theatre and immersive experiences, delivering technically and creatively ambitious projects in the UK and internationally.
Our team provides end-to-end production and technical delivery, working closely with creative teams, agencies, cultural institutions and brands to bring complex ideas into live environments.
Through this mentorship opportunity, we want to share practical knowledge with the next generation of production professionals and support skills development across the industry.
Building On Sector Collaboration
We have worked with organisations including the National Theatre, Netflix, Oxford University, Meta, Factory International and Lightroom.
This mentorship scheme reflects our belief in open industry knowledge-sharing and the importance of creating clearer routes into production management.
Applications are now open through the Production Managers Forum.
