The Occasionall Group Strengthens Workplace Culture with the Rollout of the Reporting System, Stamp Out

The Occasionall Group has seen a notable shift in its internal culture following the introduction of Stamp Out, a third-party reporting tool designed to give staff a safer, clearer way to raise concerns. Before the rollout of Stamp Out, the company acknowledged that its internal reporting process wasn’t as robust as it needed to be. Though the intent to take issues seriously was always there, concerns about how and where to report, and whether anything would be done, sometimes led to confusion or underreporting.

“Some problems were shared informally, or in passing, and never made it into a formal log,” said Natalie, the company’s People and Culture Manager. “This made it difficult to spot patterns early or address concerns promptly.”

The company was particularly mindful of new starters as well as members of the team who may have strong connections with the company, who may not have felt as comfortable raising issues with core team members. Despite having a basic reporting form in place, there were lingering concerns around confidentiality, access, and potential conflicts of interest, especially if a report involved someone within the core team.

In a move to raise the bar on internal accountability, The Occasionall Group adopted Stamp Out, a platform built to ensure reporting is easy, confidential when needed, and properly followed up. Its user-friendly interface and independent structure mean that staff can raise issues with confidence, without fear of being ignored or facing awkward consequences.

“We wanted a system that was very easy, super safe, and extremely clear for anyone to raise concerns,” the company explained. “Stamp Out ticked all the boxes. It’s accessible, anonymous when needed, and every report is followed up properly. It gives us helpful insights so we can fix things before they snowball.”

James Bradley, Head of Growth at Stamp Out, commented, “Staffing companies face the unique challenge of engaging a constantly shifting workforce across multiple clients and job sites. Our platform was built to solve exactly that, offering scalable, real-time engagement tools that help staffing organisations build loyalty, boost productivity, and retain top talent.”

Since implementing Stamp Out, the company reports that the volume of concerns raised has remained low, a reassuring sign that serious issues are few, and that staff now feel more secure in the knowledge that a trusted channel exists if and when they need it.

“It’s about creating a workplace where people feel confident speaking up, not worried about speaking out,” Natalie added. “Stamp Out helps us do exactly that. It’s easy, safe, and gives everyone a clear way to raise concerns without stress or second-guessing.”

The company plans to continue evolving its use of the tool, working in tandem with Stamp Out as the platform develops. For now, the message is clear: staff wellbeing and workplace integrity remain at the heart of The Occasionall Group’s operations, and everyone has a voice.
