RWS Global brings expanding UK and European momentum to IAAPA

RWS Global will showcase its growing UK and European footprint at IAAPA Expo Europe, joining Experience UK at the UK Pavilion, stand S837. The company’s work spans attraction entertainment, cruise programming, theatrical production, major sporting events, museums, resorts and branded destinations, creating live moments at significant international scale.

Its participation comes ahead of the January 2027 opening of a new 3,750-square-metre production facility and global headquarters in Milton Keynes. The multi-million-pound investment will act as a strategic hub for European operations and reflects the company’s long-term confidence in the UK’s live entertainment sector.

During 2026, RWS Global is delivering entertainment at destinations including LEGOLAND resorts, Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Heide Park and Hersheypark. In Medora, North Dakota, it is revitalising programming around the opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. At sea, the company has launched new fleetwide and character-led programmes while continuing to supply major cruise operators. Its sports team worked on nearly 200 live match events over the summer, including international cricket, aquatics and multi-year fan-engagement partnerships.

This range is enabled by an end-to-end model spanning ideas, design, production, talent and operations. RWS Global says it produces more than one million live moments every day and employs over 8,000 people and performers worldwide. Meet the team through Experience UK at the UK Pavilion, stand S837, to discuss the future of live entertainment and the operational scale needed to deliver it consistently across markets.

The scale of the portfolio also creates opportunities for knowledge to move between sectors. Techniques developed for sports presentation can inform attraction energy and audience participation, while theatrical rehearsal and casting expertise can strengthen destination entertainment. A shared production infrastructure allows those disciplines to support one another across regions and client types.
