RWS Global is pleased to announce a major expansion of our UK operations with the opening of a new production facility in Milton Keynes, scheduled to launch in January 2027.
The new 40,000 sq ft site represents an investment of more than £10 million and reflects our long-term confidence in the UK as a centre for live entertainment, sports presentation, attractions and production talent. The facility will support our growing European operations and provide a dedicated base for rehearsals, production planning and cross-sector project coordination.
As demand for live experiences continues to grow across the UK and Europe, this investment gives our teams, partners and clients a stronger operational platform. It will also allow us to support touring productions, attraction entertainment, cruise programming, theatrical casting, sporting events and large-scale live projects with greater efficiency from one UK location.
A Full-Service Production Campus
Our new Milton Keynes facility has been designed to bring key production functions together under one roof. The site will include open office space, private offices, a film studio, media production lab, costume shop, music production suite and RWS Studios, with several rehearsal studios, dedicated vocal rooms and cast breakout areas.
This integrated model will support collaboration across creative, technical, production and operational teams. It will also allow projects to move from concept development to rehearsal and delivery with stronger alignment between departments.
To support visiting performers and production teams, we have also secured a talent residence located around 15 minutes from the facility. Further accommodation is planned as demand grows. A dedicated RWS Global shuttle service will connect the residence and headquarters, supporting reliable transport for cast members and reducing pressure on production schedules.
Strategic Location For UK And European Delivery
The facility will be located within PLP Logistics Milton Keynes Business Park, following our strong working relationship with PLP, the site’s property managers.
Milton Keynes offers excellent access for UK and international production activity. The location has motorway connectivity, four nearby railway stations and proximity to the UK logistics market’s golden triangle. It is also accessible from central London and sits 32 minutes north of the M25.
From this position, 89% of the UK population is within a 4.5-hour drive. This gives us a practical base for supporting touring productions, attraction partners, event organisers and clients requiring fast deployment across the country and into Europe.

RWS Global produces more than 900 live experiences each year for audiences worldwide. Our work spans theme parks, theatrical productions, cruise lines and major sporting events, including projects connected with Chessington World of Adventures, Alton Towers, Chicago The Musical, Disney’s The Lion King on Broadway, Marella Cruises, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, the UEFA Women’s EURO and the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in the UK.
