Experience UK gears up to head to Barcelona for the next expo on the event calendar.
The event season is well underway, and the Experience UK team are super thrilled to be venturing to IAAPA Expo Europe after a two year break amid COVID 19.
As part of the three day event, taking place next week (September 28 – 30), Experience UK is delighted to be hosting their very own Pavilion as an Official Trade Partner, showcasing the cream of British companies who supply stellar products and services to theme parks, zoos, FECs, waterparks, aquariums, museums and other attractions all over the world.
Its all systems go now ahead of the Expo, with our UK exhibitors ready to build relationships and strike vital export deals to take their successful footprint all over Europe and beyond.
Showcasing on the Experience UK Pavilion are:
Teq4
Inspired by their flagship project on the Star Wars Millennium Falcon at Disney, Teq4 is ready to show off the results of ManaKabana to the experience sector. The concept provides a fun and entertaining relating experience which can be installed in retail spaces, FECs and more. ManaKabana’s cutting-edge technology allows the whole visiting party to enjoy the same experience at the same time.
Katapult founders Dawn and Phil strike deal with Al Hokair Group at SEA 2021
Katapult
World-class themed attraction designers Katapult are no stranger to completing flagship projects across the globe. Launching in 2001, Katapult’s stellar attractions are enjoyed by more than 50 million guests every single year, with notable works including a staggering 18 LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, Ireland’s Tayto Park and Thomas Land at Drayton Manor.
Their Founders Dawn Foote and Phil Higgins have also just returned from a very successful show at SEA Saudi, where they struck a deal with the renowned Al Hokair Group to create ground-breaking themed attractions in the Middle East.
Engineered Arts
Also joining the Experience UK Pavilion after a very successful showcase at SEA 2021 is Engineered Arts. The Cornwall-based company are the UK leader in design and manufacturing of entertainment robots, which are created to woo the crowds at a variety of destinations with their speech and movements.
After 15 years of the meticulous creation, their innovative RoboThespian shines as their flagship model. RoboThespian captivated delegates in Riyadh, and is guaranteed to do the same at IAAPA Expo Europe.

Lumsden Design
Callum Lumsden, Founder of the acclaimed Lumsden Design, will also be heading to Barcelona to fly the flag for their first-class design studio.
Lumsden Design are internationally recognised as experts in retail, F&B strategy and design for cultural and visitor attractions around the world – which create memorable experiences for guests and profitable environments for the owners. Premier projects include MoMA’s retail space and Harry Potter retail and F&B at the incredible Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
Global Village UAE – a completed ESF project
Environmental Street Furniture
Environmental Street Furniture gleams as the UK leader for innovative outdoor experience equipment, and are ready to showcase their new ‘clever’ producs which have been painstakingly developed through lockdown.
Alan Lowry, Founder of ESF teases their showcase to include their award winning Stellar Solar smart charging bench, offering wired and wireless phone charging from solar energy as well as WiFi, LED Lighting and theming or branding opportunity. As well as launching their new solar powered compacting BriteBin trash can.
ESF’s stellar product offering are already enjoyed at some of the biggest visitor destinations around the world, including Hong Kong Disneyland, Coca Cola Arena Dubai and Global Village UAE – and are now raring to expand their footprint to other venues in Europe.
7thSense
Technology specialists 7thSense will complete the Experience UK Pavilion, who will utilise their ground-breaking Pico media server to power the large screen displays across the whole Experience UK space.
