The UK’s leading humanoid robot designer and manufacturer has revealed their latest cutting-edge model.
For more than 20 years, Engineered Art’s has been breaking ground with robotics innovation to create memorable, interactive character experiences. Now (December 2021) the team, hailing from Falmouth Cornwall, have unveiled their latest bot, the Ameca.
The Ameca features never-seen-before advancements in movements and natural gestures, while using a future-proof software system designed to embrace artificial intelligence and computer vision with adaptive learning. The seamless design is set to give users an API customisation pathway that has never been before available.
And Engineered Art’s are wasting no time for Ameca to jet off to woo the crowds. Early next year (January 5-8, 2022) Ameca will join the team at the Great Britain and Northern Ireland Pavilion at CES 2022, taking place in Las Vegas.
Revealing more about Ameca, Morgan, Director of Operations at Engineered Arts said:
“A humanoid robot will always instil an image of what the future may hold. Ameca represents a perfect platform to explore how our machines can live with, collaborate, and enrich our lives in tomorrow’s sustainable communities.
“Ameca integrates both AI with AB (artificial body) for advanced, iterative technologies that deliver superior motion and gestures, all housed in a human form and robotic visage for a non-threatening, gender-neutral integration into an inclusive society.”
