An employee of Marcon has been appointed the 44th President of the National Association of Shopfitters (NAS).
After sitting on NAS’ council for two years, Alan Stewart, Business Development and Marketing Manager of award-winning Marcon was elected President during their Annual General Meeting. He will now serve two years in the role.

NAS was formed over 100 years ago to support and represent UK shopfitters, who offer design, engineering and manufacturing services to deliver bespoke fit-outs in flagship retail destinations, office spaces and business & public area.
NAS currently represents more than 200 companies who have delivered a combined turnover of £1.3 billion for their installation projects.

Commenting on his new appointment, Alan Stewart said: “It is an honour to have been elected as the President of such a time-honoured association. Being a long-time supporter of the NAS and having served on the Council for a number of years it is rewarding to be able to represent Marcon in this capacity.
