IAAPA Expo Europe returns to London this September for what is expected to be its largest and most ambitious European edition yet.
The 2026 event will feature an expanded education programme, new show-floor showcases, major industry announcements and an extensive programme of networking and special events.
More than 180 speakers will participate in over 70 educational sessions. Alongside the IAAPA Theatre, sponsored by Angry Birds, three dedicated conference rooms will give attendees more opportunities to hear from industry experts and explore the trends shaping the future of attractions.
New for 2026 is a dedicated Food & Beverage area, bringing together 20 companies to showcase culinary innovations and demonstrate the increasingly important role hospitality plays within the overall guest experience.
The week’s signature events include an IAAPA members-only Opening Reception, combining a two-hour networking event with a performance of ABBA Voyage. The Leadership Breakfast will feature Robert Dahl, CEO of Karls, and Wouter Dekkers, CEO of Momentum Leisure, discussing rapid growth, scalability and successful international expansion.
Education sessions will examine the industry’s future through topics including the trends and potential disruptions identified by IAAPA’s Vision 2035 taskforce, the rise of edutainment, AI-driven personalisation and the use of immersive storytelling to build stronger audience connections.
The programme also includes constituency and regional networking receptions, the Women in the Industry Networking Lunch and a sold-out EDUTour offering behind-the-scenes access to Chessington World of Adventures Resort and LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.
Major announcements are also planned for the show floor. Exhibitors including Vekoma Rides Manufacturing and Efteling; The Gravity Group, MagicLand and MV Rides; and DOF Robotics will unveil new attractions, ride developments and licensing collaborations.

IAAPA Expo Europe’s show floor will be open at Excel London from
Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 September 2026.
