JPSS founder Zach Phillips named in Inavate’s EMEA 40 Under 40 for 2026

Show control specialist recognised among the rising talent shaping professional AV across EMEA

Zach Phillips, founder and Technical Director of JP ShowSystems (JPSS), has been named one of Inavate’s EMEA 40 Under 40 for 2026, an honour recognising 40 rising talents whose ideas, leadership and achievements are shaping professional AV across the region.

The 40 people named this year span engineers, consultants, business leaders and project specialists from across EMEA. Zach is recognised for his contribution to the industry and for building JPSS from a standing start into a business now internationally respected for its show control expertise.

Zach has spent nearly two decades specialising in the design, programming and commissioning of complex show control systems, helping bring some of the world’s most ambitious attractions and immersive experiences to life. He founded JPSS in August 2021, and the UK-based company has since delivered more than 80 projects across 40+ cities in over 20 countries on five continents, for some of the world’s most ambitious attractions, museums and immersive experiences.

Alongside the company’s growth, Zach has championed the development of the next generation of engineers, through structured mentoring, documented best practice and genuine work experience for students.

“It’s a real honour to be included in this year’s 40 Under 40, and to be alongside so many talented people from across the industry,” said Zach Phillips, founder and Technical Director of JPSS. “I started out as an apprentice, so what means most to me is the chance to open doors for others. Most young people don’t realise this industry exists, and I’d like our legacy to be the people we’ve helped as much as the projects we’ve delivered. This recognition belongs to the whole JPSS team.”

The full list is published on the Inavate website and in the November edition of Inavate EMEA magazine. All 40 will also feature in the Inavate Power Book, published in December, and are invited to a networking event at ISE Barcelona on Wednesday 3 February.
