Local Developers and Construction Companies are planning and delivering large clusters of Leisure, Recreational and Sports projects worth some £25bn.
These projects include two large public projects in Hong Kong (West Kowloon Cultural District and Kai Tak Development), private investments in Macao (nine new casinos and resorts) and one private resort in nearby Hengqin Island.
Delivered in the next 5 years, these projects will strain the local construction and operational supply chains capacity offering opportunities for specialist UK suppliers with expertise in Leisure and Sports projects
