CityDays And All3Media International Announce The Traitors: Anywhere

We are pleased to announce that CityDays and All3Media International are partnering to launch The Traitors: Anywhere, a new officially licensed social deduction game inspired by the hit TV format.

Launching across Ireland and the UK in 2026, the experience will allow groups to play through WhatsApp, turning private chats into a week-long game of strategy, suspicion and banishment.

The launch follows our successful collaboration on Race Across The World: The Experience and forms part of the growing licensing programme for The Traitors.

Bringing A Hit Format Into Everyday Group Chats

The Traitors: Anywhere has been designed for up to 30 players aged 16 and over. The game uses WhatsApp as the main play space, with no additional app download required.

During the span of a week, players take part in covert traitor activity, banishments, Round Table discussions and missions. The group chat becomes the central stage for accusations, reveals and tactical play, while private messaging with the host supports the hidden roles and game structure.

For CityDays, the project builds on our experience creating interactive, story-led formats that use familiar technology to make participation simple and accessible.

Expanding Location-Free Play

The Traitors: Anywhere shows how major entertainment IP can move beyond fixed venues and into flexible, social formats.

By using WhatsApp, the experience can be played by friends, families or colleagues from different locations, while still keeping the shared tension and group interaction that makes social deduction gameplay compelling.

For All3Media International, the format gives fans a new way to engage with The Traitors by placing the core question of trust directly into their own networks.

A Growing Market For Licensed Interactive Experiences

The partnership reflects continued demand for licensed experiences that extend successful screen formats into participatory play.

For experience operators, IP owners and brand partners, The Traitors: Anywhere offers a useful model for how recognisable formats can be adapted into digital-first entertainment without losing the social energy of the original property.

It also points to the growing value of low-friction platforms, where audiences can begin playing through tools they already use every day.

Building On A Successful Collaboration

Our previous work together on Race Across The World: The Experience demonstrated how screen IP can be adapted into interactive formats that give audiences an active role.

With The Traitors: Anywhere, we are extending that approach into a new style of game built around trust, strategy and group psychology.

The experience is set to launch across the UK and Ireland in 2026, bringing one of television’s most talked-about formats into a new participatory setting.
