Following the reopening of Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, the attraction has launched a new ‘Hypercars’ exhibition. The year-long exhibition promises to deliver a world-class experience to fans of the supercar company. The collection includes many exclusive, limited-series cars, which are currently on display at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello.
The cars on display include La Ferrari, and the Enzo, a hypercar dedicated to the inspiring founder of the same name. Also featured are the GTO, of which only 272 were ever produced, selling out before the car was even produced, the F40, known as the mother of all modern hypercars, and the F50.
“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome back our guests at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi,” said Bianca Sammut, general manager of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and acting head of Yas Theme Parks. “We are excited to host the glorious Hypercars exhibition in collaboration with the Ferrari Museum, [and] offer visitors the opportunity to see rare and limited-edition Ferrari cars up close in a safe and enjoyable environment.”
The Hypercars exhibition is one of several new experiences set to debut at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, in the run-up to the park’s ten-year anniversary this November. Visitors to the park will also have the opportunity to view the one-off and tailor-made programs, offering a glimpse into Ferrari’s exclusivity. The one-off program delivers custom-made cars for select clients, whereas the tailor-made program allows owners to create their own customised version of an existing model.
The park has introduced a series of safety measures upon reopening. Online pre-booking is now mandatory, to ensure that the limited capacity of 30 per cent at the park is adhered to. Thermal screening cameras, safe distance markers at all rides and outlets, modified ride-capacity and modified dining and shopping experiences are also new measures introduced to help prevent any further infection of COVID-19.
The park is open daily from 11 am until 8 pm, and tickets to the park cost Dh295.
