Thrills are promised for all ages, as a brand-new family entertainment centre has opened in Auckland New Zealand.
No expense has been spared to transform the former Xtreme Entertainment into Zone Bowling Botany, which boasts a range of fun-filled challenges and experiences for guests across two levels.
Bumper cars, 12 bowling lanes, laser quest and 80 arcade games are on offer, as well as the chance for some time-out at the centre’s new game-themed café at the 1200 square metre venue.
The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG) parent company of Timezone Games are behind the project, who own more than 300 centres around the world. The development of Zone Bowling Botany comes after their ultra-successful launch of Zone Bowling Garden City in Christchurch last year.
New Zealand are one of the less affected countries of COVID-19, with TEEG seeing a confidence in visitors returning to their venues with the necessary safety measures in place.
Belinda Falzon, NZ COO for TEEG said: “It’s been a hard few months for Kiwi families and by providing a safe and exciting entertainment hub for kids, we know Timezone is going to be a place where these families can, once again, create long-lasting memories together.”
It has also been teased TEEG also have state-of-the-art entertainment developments in the pipeline for Palmerston North, Napier, Dunedin and Christchurch.
“I couldn’t be prouder to see the growth and success of TEEG in New Zealand. We are confident from the guest feedback and results so far, that New Zealand will continue to be an important part of the global growth strategy” said Sonaal Chopra, Group Chief Executive Officer.
