A leading UK university is welcoming those in the cultural and heritage visitor experience field to tune into their latest visitor intelligence webinar.
Broadcast by the University of Exeter, the live session will share insightful findings and showcase The VISTA AR project.
The project
Funded by Europe (Interreg FCE), the premise of VISTA AR is to seek new ways of increasing tourism revenue to visitor experiences, by analysing guest behaviours and trends.
Ultimately, the research and work conducted by Project will pave the way for new cutting-edge experiences to be created, harnessing the most advanced technologies.
In turn, cultural and heritage site managers using VISTA AR will have access to ground-breaking visitor intelligence which will help enrich and improve their overall guest experience. The data will be sent to the attraction’s professionals by report and can be shared amongst stakeholders, to help form a basis for future decision making.
