Organized by the Chinese government, and held every two years, now in its 6th year, the MPT-EXPO is the preeminent fair for museum professionals and related industries in China. Over 300 museums and cultural-related national and international organizations will participate as well as another 400 museum-technology and service vendors. The Expo does provide a platform to boost mutual trust and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
During the Expo, in the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China Museum Association, the 6th Member Representatives’ Meeting of China Museum Association will be held. And more than thirty Specialized Committees under the China Museum Association will hold conferences respectively. During that time, more than 3000 Chinese museum professionals will attend the Expo. You are more than welcome to join the 2014 “Museums and Relevant Products and Technologies Exposition” in hopes of boosting development among museums through sharing resources and building up relationships.
