A leading German theme park is celebrating its 25-year anniversary next year by premiering a next-generation cinematic multidimension coaster.
The spotlight is on Movie Park Germany as its set to call lights, camera, action on a new Hollywood Studio Tour – which immerses guests into ample well-known sets and scenes, as well as a spectacular pre-show.
Officials at Movie Park Germany are promising guests the perfect combination of rollercoaster and themed attraction throughout the experience – allowing visitors to go behind-the-scenes and learn the magic behind blockbuster films.
By boarding the coaster, guests will also be treated to the captivating story of Hollywood and evoke feelings of being an A list movie star.
Movie Park Germany currently houses 7 rollercoasters and 7 water rides
Thrilling features will include a dark-ride with cutting-edge special effects and a 360-degree rotating platform, as well as being Europe’s first coaster to implement a backwards launch.
Engaging a wealth of expertise of experience specialists
Movie Park Germany has enlisted the crème de la crème of designers and creatives to mastermind the new attractions, with world-leading Intamin Amusement Rides enlisted to deliver the design and delivery process.
IMAscore and IMAmotion, along with the Leisure Expert Group, Weibe Damstra and P&P Projects are also collaborating to bring the glitz and glamour to life – with each already successfully completing projects at the likes of Universal and Disney resorts.
To ensure the theming of the new experience is super authentic to Hollywood showbiz, officials at Movie Park have taken various trips to California’s original Hollywood studios to mirror the findings.
Commenting on the announcement for the new multi-dimension coaster, Thorsten Backhaus, Managing Director at Movie Park Germany said: “We are very happy to offer our visitors even more Hollywood in Germany! The new family roller coaster for the 25th anniversary of the park is a tribute to the past and at the same time a new step towards a vision of the future.
“Based on the famous Hollywood studios in California, the new Coaster will be spectacularly staged with a suitable storyline, studio and set theme as well as multimedia.”
