Illusion brews up British creativity and expert making at IAAPA Europe

Illusion Design and Construct is bringing creative thinking, technical expertise and a distinctly British sense of fun to IAAPA Expo Europe. The London-based production company will exhibit on stand S1040 while also fabricating the Experience UK Pavilion at stand S837.

Operating from a 2.7-acre production facility in Belvedere, Illusion helps attraction operators, designers, agencies and IP owners turn ambitious concepts into physical environments. Its in-house capabilities span creative and technical design, engineering, carpentry, metalwork, CNC, sculpting, GRP, scenic artistry, technical integration, installation and fit-out. Bringing production thinking into a project early allows the team to protect the creative idea while ensuring it remains buildable, durable and workable in a live operation.

The company’s portfolio includes themed environments for Madame Tussauds London, scenic production and fit-out for Swingers Crazy Golf across several international markets, and The Traitors Live Experience. At IAAPA, Illusion’s delivery of the wider Experience UK Pavilion will create a British setting centred on an open-top double-decker bus, with space for exhibiting companies, hospitality and international networking.

Its own stand adopts the theme Let’s Brew Something Brilliant. A giant scenic teacup, oversized spilling tea and a proper cuppa will turn British tea culture into a playful invitation to start a conversation. Visitors can meet Illusion at S1040 and connect through Experience UK at the UK Pavilion, stand S837, to discuss the attraction, environment or creative brief they are brewing next.

The two stands demonstrate the range within Illusion’s offer. One is a shared national platform with complex exhibiting and hospitality needs; the other is a compact, characterful expression of the company’s own identity. Both rely on the same ability to translate an idea into a safe, practical and memorable built environment.
