Disneyland Paris has revealed a first-look inside its latest hotel reimagination, which is scheduled to reopen early next year.
The spotlight has been on Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel ever since Disney announced its refurbishment a few year ago – and now Josh D’Amaro, Experience and Products Chairman of Disney Parks has unveiled a series of photos which showcase the progress of the ambitious transformation.
The four-star hotel is only one of two in the world to be themed by the legendary Marvel characters – with released photos showing major Marvel artworks to be centrepieces of the revamped lobby.
Designing the revamped hotel has been heavily inspired by New York – with the city credited as the conception place of many Marvel Super Heroes and the talented artists who brought the adventurous characters to life.
Through magnificent artworks, architecture and models of the iconic New York yellow taxis, guests will be immersed into the bustles of Manhattan culture and its lively ambience throughout their stay.

By visiting at Hotel New York: The Art of Marvel guests will also be treated to one of the largest collections of Marvel artwork – boasting more than 300 pieces on display, including never-seen-before masterpieces.
The spectacular transformation has been made possible through a collaboration with Disney, Marvel Comics and Marvel Studios – with more than 95 renowned artists from legendary comic franchise enlisted to bring the visions to life.
2020 has been an exceptionally difficult year for Disneyland Paris as it battles through the implications of the pandemic, with the epic 500 room hotel originally scheduled to reopen Summer 2020.
Last week (November 25) the French flagship theme park announced it is remaining closed until February 2021 – with the Hotel’s launch coinciding with its reopening period.
With many new exciting developments in the pipeline we do expect 2021 to be a much better for Disneyland Paris.
